About the Owner:
Prior to 2004, for 15 years, multiple challenges and accomplishments were gained thru carrying out the title of Accounting Manager for 3 businesses; one being the largest privately held network integrators in the Midwest. I held the lead financial role, with close interaction among lawyers and CPA’s, in the merger with a subsidiary of a corporate public firm and the sale of the sister company. I continued employment as Accounting Manager with the new public firm, following revenues in excess of $20M annually, tracking up to 60 employees in multiple locations. Some responsibility included timely and accurate Financial Analysis and Presentation to the Board, Supervised the accounting, inventory control and purchasing operations, with attention to sales, GP and EBIDTA and Balance Sheet Ratio reporting. I held the role of project manager for the implementation and integration of new accounting and sales software. The subsidiary of the public firm was acquired by a private sector and I was again the lead financial role with the acquisition and continued employment with the new company, carrying out the same roles. Also prior to starting my own business; I held accounting management positions with 2 other small businesses, 1 having locations in multiple states and the other with high inventory control and management.
